Cruise dates and times are subject to change without notice due to weather, mechanical, or other operational problems. Ticket holders can reschedule or will be entitled to a refund if a cruise is canceled due to one of those issues. Ticket holders are not entitled to a refund if the cruise is delayed but still sails on the original scheduled date. Ticket holders who arrive late, after the cruise has departed, or do not show up on their scheduled cruise date will be allowed to reschedule but are not entitled to a refund.
